In just a few hours, you can use our video and repair your Foggy Windows Permanently yourself! We'll show you how easy it is!

Got Foggy RV Windows? Want them to look like the day they were put in new? We've got it covered! We've got a great DIY solution for that! You'll be able to follow the video, buy the kit at a great price, and DIY without 'drilling' or replacing the glass!

What an amazing difference, almost like when it was new! Etched Glass cannot be repaired, but it can be cleaned and put back together! Can you see where the etching is?!
1. Remove the RV Window Frame
Time: 20 minutes
With the help of a partner, remove the interior retaining screws and gently pry the window frame out of the RV sidewall.
2. Separate the Window Frame
Time: 10 minutes
Lay the unit flat on a padded workspace and disassemble the outer perimeter frame to access the insulated glass unit (IGU).
3. Separate and Clean the Panes
Time: 30 minutes
Carefully cut through the old, failed perimeter seal to separate the two individual glass panes. Scrape away residual adhesive and thoroughly clean the inside faces of the glass to remove built-up film and condensation residue.
4. Apply the Engineered Replacement Seal
Time: 10 minutes
Apply the new commercial-grade silicone foam spacer seal (included in the kit). Measure and apply the engineered silicone spacer seal from the kit. Our seal is manufactured with a molecular sieve desiccant, which vastly outperforms standard silica gel by absorbing micro-moisture in high-vibration, fast-temperature-changing environments typical of moving RVs.
5. Apply RTV Silicone and Cure
Time: 30 minutes
Apply high-tack RTV silicone caulking around the outer perimeter of the resealed glass unit. Allow it to sit and tack up for 30 minutes to form a secondary, permanent moisture barrier.
6. Reassemble and Reinstall
Time: 45 minutes
Place the dual-pane glass assembly back into the aluminum frame and reinstall the entire window unit into the RV sidewall with your helper.
Yes!
1. Disconnect the Operator / Torque Arm
Time: 15 minutes
Crank the window open slightly. Locate the metal operator arm attached to the bottom or side of the glass panel. Carefully slide the arm out of its guide channel or remove the retention clips to free the glass panel from the crank mechanism.
2. Remove the Hinge Bracket Assembly
Time: 15 minutes
Frameless torque windows typically slide horizontally out of a top hinge track once disconnected from the operator arm, or require unscrewing the small retaining clips from the inside. Carefully support the glass panel with a helper as you slide it free.
3. Separate the Double-Paned Glass
Time: 30 minutes
Lay the frameless glass unit flat on a soft surface. Use a heavy-duty utility razor to meticulously cut through the factory perimeter spacer seal between the primary exterior glass and the interior panel. Clean the white calcium haze off the interior faces using a non-abrasive glass cleaner.
4. Apply our Molecular Sieve Spacer Seal
Time: 15 minutes
Measure and apply the engineered silicone spacer seal from the kit. Our seal is manufactured with a molecular sieve desiccant, which vastly outperforms standard silica gel by absorbing micro-moisture in high-vibration, fast-temperature-changing environments typical of moving RVs.
5. Perimeter Sealing & Reinstallation
Time: 45 minutes
Apply high-tack black RTV silicone around the edge of the glass assembly to match the clean, frameless look. Let the sealant cure, then slide the window back into the top hinge track and re-anchor the torque arm mechanism.

Q: Can etched RV glass be repaired with this kit?
A: No, chemical glass etching is permanent damage to the glass structure itself and cannot be polished out. However, our kit allows you the opportunity to thoroughly clean the white calcium film while the glass is separated. Then you can reseal the panes permanently and restore the vast majority of your visual clarity without purchasing an expensive replacement window. Take a look at the before and after pictures above, that window is etched, but you can see clearly through it.
Q: Why do dual-pane RV windows fog up in the first place?
A: Windows fog when the factory perimeter spacer seal fails due to UV exposure and road vibrations. Once the seal is compromised, outside moisture gets drawn into the dead airspace between the panes, creating permanent condensation.
Q: Do I need to drill holes into the glass to fix the fog?
A: No. Unlike temporary "drilling and venting" methods that leave your window vulnerable to dirt, our solution completely separates, cleans, and reseals the glass using a special engineered desiccant-embedded seal to restore the factory vacuum environment permanently.
